As a School Social Worker in Nashville where there are more needs than resources available, I’m so grateful that we can reach out to this team and receive often an IMMEDIATE response to the needs (shoes, clothing, food, air mattresses, and many other very specific requests upon assessment) of some of our most vulnerable students and families! I think the new Nashville Community Connections structure will continue this work in true HERO fashion!
